Cosmetic Eye Surgery.
Procedures designed to improve the appearance of the eyes safely and precisely. A medical approach: safe techniques, natural results and decisions based on real anatomy, not on trends.
We don't use a single procedure for everyone.
The area around the eyes changes with age: excess skin, bags, drooping eyelids or hollows can alter expression and cause visual or aesthetic fatigue.
We select the technique that matches what each patient truly needs — prioritizing natural results that respect the identity of the face.
Techniques we perform.
Each eyelid has its own anatomy. Each patient ages differently. That is why we don't use a universal technique.
Upper blepharoplasty
Removes excess skin on the upper eyelid and opens up the gaze. Indicated when skin falls over the lashes or creates a sense of visual heaviness.
Lower blepharoplasty
Reduces bags, laxity and changes in the lower eyelid. It may include fat management, skin tightening or tissue repositioning depending on the case.
Transconjunctival blepharoplasty
An internal approach with no visible scar. Indicated for young patients or cases where only fat removal or repositioning is needed without resecting skin.
Brow lift
Corrects brow drooping that creates a tired or heavy appearance. It can be performed with minimally invasive techniques or broader approaches depending on the case.
Droopy eyelid correction (ptosis)
Raises the eyelid when there is muscle weakness. It is a functional and aesthetic procedure — it restores the natural opening of the eye without overdoing the result.
Canthopexy / Canthoplasty
Indicated for lax eyelids or when the shape of the lower eyelid needs reinforcement to avoid rounding or eversion. Frequently combined with blepharoplasty.
Orbital fat repositioning
Instead of removing fat indiscriminately, it is redistributed to correct hollows or sharp transitions between eyelid and cheek. More natural and lasting results.
Tear trough treatments
For the tear trough: fat repositioning, grafts or medical filler techniques depending on the case. Indicated when there is a persistent shadow or tired appearance.
Asymmetry correction
Specific techniques when one eyelid droops more than the other, there are differences in folds or alterations from previous surgeries — aiming to harmonize both sides.
Revision of previous surgeries
For patients with irregular or unnatural results from earlier procedures. The focus is restoring function and appearance without overcorrection.
How we choose the right technique.
The choice of procedure is based on:
- Excess or deficit of skin
- Muscle position and quality
- Presence of bags or hollows
- Eyelid laxity
- Brow position
- Underlying bone anatomy
- The patient's realistic expectations
An honest assessment, a technique chosen out of real need, and results that improve appearance without altering the identity of the face.
